Returns and Refunds:

As of March 15, 2024, we currently offer refunds for frames and hard copies of the book. We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, the shipment might cause damage to the products, which will be refunded.

Exchanges:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, i.e., a physical copy of the book, please contact our customer support team at support@goodmindsquote.co within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be more than happy to assist you in every way possible, even with a replacement; however, there is no refund for it.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  1. The unboxing video must be provided (images not acceptable)

  2. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  3. The original packaging must be retained.

  4. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
    **Note: Without unboxing video no refund or exchange will be issued.
