Refund Policy for E-Book (Digital Product)

We are committed to providing you with valuable and enriching content through our E-book, ‘The Dance of Discipline and Emotion: Unveiling the Interplay’. Based on the following terms and conditions, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Refund Request Period: You may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. A refund is not applicable if you request after 7 days of your purchase.

  2. Contacting Us: To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at support@goodmindsquote.co or send us a DM on Instagram with your order confirmation details and the reason for your request.

  3. E-Book ineligibility: Starting from 15 March, 2024, there is no refund for the digital products like the E-Book or the Audio Book. The purchase once made is totally non-refundable.

  4. Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 - 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Ebook Deactivation: Upon the approval of your refund, access to the Ebook will be deactivated, and you will be required to delete any downloaded or saved copies.

  6. Feedback Appreciated: While processing your refund, we value your feedback. Your insights can help us enhance our products and better serve our customers.

  7. Change of Mind: Customers may change their minds after the purchase, realizing that the digital product doesn't align with their needs or preferences. This does not meet the eligibility for a refund.

  8. Eligibility: The physical products you purchase ‘Premium Frames’, ‘Hard Copy Book’, etc, are refundable at the moment only if you receive the products damaged out of the box. However, you need to provide us with the following:
    a. The unboxing video (image not acceptable).
    b. The invoice.
    c. The email used to purchase the product.
    d. Purchase date, product receiving date.
    **Note: Without the unboxing video no refund will be issued.

Please be aware that this refund policy applies solely to purchases made through our website.
